Our course is recognized by the IMIA (www.imiaweb.org), and our certificate of training is valid all throughout the United States. All instructors have over 14 years of medical interpreter experience. Throughout the course you will learn about: code of ethics, standards of practice according to CHIA, laws and regulations as well as career coaching. The course is divided into a theoretical portion and a practicum. During the later half of the class you will be provided with a language coach to work with and help fine tune your skills as well as give you positive feedback and constructive criticism. Medical interpreter wages range from $20-$40.00/hour. Come join our growing group of students!
