Hi Sherley! I did not know what legislation meant so I do appreciate you explaining. I agree with you that although that the law is implemented is it not applied. Those with language barriers definitely are not getting sufficient resources. Our community has definitely suffered severely because of this issue so it is definitely a serious matter. Great points made!
