While both the female and the male reproductive systems are complex, there are two prime parts for each of them. The primary internal parts of the female reproductive system are the uterus and the vagina, and for the male reproductive system, the primary parts are the testes and the penis.
Besides what we read in the book or have learned in our past classes, the obvious should probably be pointed out; they look very different. The female reproductive system is mostly internal, even though there are internal and external parts of it. As we know, these systems have different functions. The male’s reproduction system has sperm which is made in the testes. The sperm has to get to the egg via the fallopian tubes in order for fertilization to take place.
After the sperm fertilizes the egg, the female’s body takes over the rest of the work to produce the fetus. The male and the females’ organs function differently and look very different, but they complement each other in order to reproduce a new life.
